The United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Israel have engaged in a dialogue to enhance bilateral relations and discuss regional developments. UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan spoke with Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar via telephone, focusing on strengthening cooperation between the two nations.
During their conversation, Sheikh Abdullah and Sa’ar exchanged views on a range of regional issues, highlighting the ongoing collaboration efforts between the UAE and Israel since the Abraham Accords. In addition to discussing diplomatic and regional matters, Sheikh Abdullah expressed concern over a security incident involving a flydubai flight from Dubai International Airport to Ben Gurion International Airport.
