Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan officially opened the Al Samha Housing Project in Abu Dhabi, a substantial residential development valued at Dh738 million. Central to the development’s design is the inclusion of 33 public parks and green spaces, providing ample recreational areas for families. Additionally, the project boasts a mosque that can accommodate 644 worshippers, ensuring that spiritual needs are met within the community. To support local commerce, two commercial centers with 38 retail outlets are also part of the project, alongside a 3-kilometer cycling track that promotes active lifestyles.
